Frequently asked questions about the plans
How many posts are published per month?
The standard scope is up to 12 posts/month for Instagram. Expanded scopes (e.g. 16 posts, as with ABERC/BAHIACAL) are negotiated case by case.
Does the service create the pieces, or do I have to provide the material?
We create everything: the editorial plan, the visual pieces and the copy for each post. For clients without their own photos, we use stock imagery and artificial intelligence.
What's the difference between the three plans?
Presence organizes your Instagram storefront (CAD 497/mo). Presence + Contact adds the DM greeting chatbot (CAD 597/mo). LinkedIn Authority focuses on authority on LinkedIn with thought-leadership posts (CAD 790/mo).
How do setup and the annual plan work?
Setup equals one monthly fee, charged at signup. On the annual plan, setup is included at no extra cost.
Can I add LinkedIn to the Instagram plan?
Yes. Active Instagram clients add LinkedIn Authority for CAD 497/mo, with no new setup.
Do you serve clients outside Brazil?
Yes. The service operates in English and Portuguese. We have an active client in Canada (PWR Performance Coaching), with operations entirely in English.
